Charles Hutchinson is a member of ISPE's executive committee and the director the Arizona Remote Sensing Center. His research includes developing techniques to combine multiple data sets to identify famine conditions in Africa, combining remote sensing systems to monitor environment in the arid zone of Africa, aerial video systems for remote sensing of agriculture and natural resources, and developing geographical information systems (GIS) database elements for Haiti.
