How to Apply

There is no formal application for the GC PhD Minor. Students officially declare the minor when they submit the "Plan of Study" to the Graduate College. However, students should consult with both the program office and their GC Minor advisor early on during their program.

We encourage all GC Minor students to fill out the Intent to Declare Form (pdf file). This aids the program office in serving and tracking students, and will keep you informed about all GC Minor announcements. Please send the completed form to:
